In this fun & curious workshop, we will create botanical color with flowers, food, & more. Using Shibori techniques & immersive dyeing, we create patterns and over-all color. Also venturing into the free-form art of ecobundling, we collage plants onto white fabric. By steaming the bundle, the plants leave behind prints and pigment on the cloth. Participants will leave with their own botanically dyed silk scarf & a deeper knowledge of natural dyes!
side note: You can bring your own clean, natural-fiber clothing or textiles from home to dye as well!

2-hour workshop in turning yourself upside down for a new perspective.
Learn to stand on the sky! Work on strength-building exercises to form a strong base for your inversions, and breathing practices to help with grounding & managing fear. Based on your comfort, you will have the options to work on everything from the foundation upwards: building a solid inversion “base” for shoulder-stand, head-stand, forearm-stand, and hand-stand to taking it to the next phase with exciting variations of movement within the inversions.
In this workshop we will be mostly practicing with partners and at the wall for support and safety of inverted postures. Bring a friend, or come on your own and we’ll find a friend for you! Open to all levels.
Lead by Regina of Wolf Medicine Magic
Combing the "sister sciences" of Ayurveda and Yoga, this workshop will give participants tools- through diet, yoga, pranayam and meditation- to take their health and healing into their own hands and out of the hands of the medical industrial system.
The workshop will begin with a brief overview of Ayurvedic philosophy followed by instruction on how to discover your elemental body type including how to eat for optimal health and balance. We will end with a stress-busting yoga and pranayam practice designed to gently heat the body and then cool down ending with meditation and sound bath.
Urban Meditation Group with Derrick Little
Thursdays 9pm, Starting September 9th
This group will explore, sample, discuss and share an array of methods, modalities, philosophies and practices of meditation. We will address the challenges that spiritual city-dwellers often find when one meditates in an urban environment. This group’s intention will be to both enhance the way we practice meditation and to deepen our understanding of what meditation is and can be.
Derrick is a part-time yogi and a full-time artist as well as a therapeutic sound practitioner with a daily meditation practice
The roots of Derrick’s personal practice are in Kundalini Yoga but these days Derrick utilizes a wide range of meditation techniques and often mixes ancient and traditional techniques with creative and even experimental ones to create his own unique practice.
