URBAN PILATES is an open level mat class. All Levels are welcome.
In this pilates class you develop strength and flexibility by utilizing the six principles of Joe Pilates. For 55 minutes YOU are the focus of the class.

T'ai Jamar Hanna of Integral Healing Arts will guide this Thai Healing Touch Workshop for couples (friends, family, and lovers included).
The workshop is a sweet way to share the amazing benefits of massage, connected breath, and sacred intention— how to give and receive with your partner.
T'ai will lead each couple through simple and effective touch techniques that will relax and harmonize both the giver and the receiver.

2-hour workshop in turning yourself upside down for a new perspective.
Learn to stand on the sky! Work on strength-building exercises to form a strong base for your inversions, and breathing practices to help with grounding & managing fear. Based on your comfort, you will have the options to work on everything from the foundation upwards: building a solid inversion “base” for shoulder-stand, head-stand, forearm-stand, and hand-stand to taking it to the next phase with exciting variations of movement within the inversions.
In this workshop we will be mostly practicing with partners and at the wall for support and safety of inverted postures. Bring a friend, or come on your own and we’ll find a friend for you! Open to all levels.

Combing the "sister sciences" of Ayurveda and Yoga, this workshop will give participants tools- through diet, yoga, pranayam and meditation- to take their health and healing into their own hands and out of the hands of the medical industrial system.
The workshop will begin with a brief overview of Ayurvedic philosophy followed by instruction on how to discover your elemental body type including how to eat for optimal health and balance. We will end with a stress-busting yoga and pranayam practice designed to gently heat the body and then cool down ending with meditation and sound bath.
