Urban Basics - New to yoga? Come to this class for a 90 minute introduction to basic poses and Vinyasa sequences. This class sets a strong foundation for any of the other classes on the schedule. Also a great option for fans of Unwind looking to build towards an Urban Power class. All levels welcome.

Urban Unwind - These classes offer a restorative Yin based practice. Expect to go slow and spend class mostly down on the mat. Stretches are held for long enough to juice the joints and create space. All levels welcome.

Urban Community - These 60 minute classes offer an energizing Vinyasa flow. Each class is unique to the style of each individual teacher but you can expect to break a sweat and leave the studio feeling stretched out and ready for the rest of your day. All levels welcome. Community classes are donation based ($10-17 sliding scale for cash payments, or $17 for card, memberships also accepted) All levels welcome.

Urban Power I/II- Ready to take your practice to the next level? Build strength and focus on alignment in these 90 minute Hatha/Vinyasa based classes. These classes encourage you to push your mindset and body to the next level. Level I opens with 40 minutes of deep stretches while II dives into Power after a shorter warm up. Modifications available for beginners.

 

Pilates

OFFERED ON SATURDAYS

Urban Pilates is an open level mat class that builds strength and flexibility focusing on the core. Be a stronger, longer you after just 8 weeks with Michelle. 

Drop In for $25 (separate from yoga class cards/membership) or buy a Pilates class card (5 classes for $110)
